Lindsay Lesofsky – Director of Administration / Treasurer

Lindsay has been a co-director of Westmoreland Elite since 2015 and has been with the club since 2012. She is a graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School where she was a 4-year letterman in volleyball, basketball and softball. During high school, she received multiple all-section honors for each sport and her teams won multiple section championships. After high school, Lindsay attended California University of Pennsylvania and played softball at the DII level. During college, Lindsay coached volleyball and softball at the high school level.
Lindsay began her volleyball coaching career at Ringgold High School in 2004 where she was the assistant coach. After 1 year of being an assistant coach, she became the head coach at Ringgold in 2005. That year, the team made it to playoffs for the first time in 8 years. In 2006, Lindsay left Ringgold to coach at her alma mater, Elizabeth Forward. She coached at Elizabeth Forward for 10 years and her teams won multiple section championships and made it to playoffs each year in her time there. Lindsay returned to Elizabeth Forward, after taking 5 years off, in 2020 and just resigned after the 2023 season. Lindsay also coached softball at Elizabeth Forward for 5 years and 2 of those teams were WPIAL Runner-ups. Aside from Westmoreland Elite, Lindsay has coached at Penn Highlands and Pitt Elite Volleyball Club.
Lindsay works at Westinghouse Electric Company and now coaches her daughter’s rec & GAMA Storm travel softball teams! She lives in North Huntingdon with her husband, Howie, and their three children, Reese, Nathan & Camryn. Howie also coaches high school football at Elizabeth Foward High School, so their Fall’s are pretty busy!
Greg Lockley – Director of Coaches/Players & 17 Purple Coach

Coach Lockley, a graduate/player of Peabody High; University of Pittsburgh, started his coaching career immediately after his college career. Coaching with his Alma Mater; He joined the coaching staff at Chatham University in 1994 as an Assistant Coach and became Head Coach in 1998. Once becoming the Cougars Head Coach, he led the volleyball team to three NCAA, AWCC Championships and the athletics 1st ever appearance in the NCAA Division III National Tournament. He was also named Coach of the Year in 1998. He was the first coach at Chatham University athletics to accumulate 100+ wins.
Before coaching at Chatham, Coach Lockley has been a high school and Junior Olympic coach for girls and boys at several area high schools and clubs. Coach Lockley has over 35 years of volleyball experience.

Gene Larson – 14 Purple Head Coach

Coach Gene moved to the Pittsburgh area to play volleyball at The University of Pittsburgh and never left. He has been playing and coaching volleyball for 40+ years and has been with Westmoreland Elite since the club began. Gene is currently the head coach at Trinity Christian School. Additionally, he coached a local group of home schooled players for 23 years. He is available for private lessons.
His coaching career includes coaching both boys and girls in California and Pennsylvania at the junior high, high school, and club levels. He has coached numerous All-District, All-State and All-American players, including one player who advanced to the professional ranks. Gene also played on and coached teams that won Gold medals at the Keystone State Games.
Gene and his wife Linda currently reside in Penn Hills where they raised their 6 children.
Robin Klimke – 15 Purple Head Coach

Coach Robin started playing volleyball at Kiski Area High School where she was a 3-sport athlete and was inducted into the Kiski Area Sports Hall of Fame. At Kiski, Robin participated in the volleyball state championships her Junior and Senior year. She also played for the Pittsburgh Pacers, the first Junior Olympic volleyball program in Pittsburgh, during high school. Her volleyball career continued at the University of Pittsburgh. After college, Robin continued play at various levels including USVBA/USA, CoEd, Keystone State Games and the National Sports Festival representing the East.
Robin started her coaching career at Carlow College as an assistant coach and has coached for the past 33 years at various levels – elementary school, middle school, high school, private school, club volleyball and St. Vincent college. Her coaching experience involved participating in 2 High School State Championships and a NAIA National Collegiate tournament. Robin’s club coaching experience includes Foothills and Keystone club programs where she has coached for over 20 years. Robin and her husband, David, co-coach and they have successfully coached their Keystone teams to achieve Regional championships and runner-ups during several seasons.
Robin is recently retired from Adelphi Village and lives in Latrobe with her husband, David.
David Klimke – 15 Purple Assistant Coach

Coach David is a graduate of Montour High School where he got his start playing volleyball. He continued playing on various men’s USVBA/USA and Co-Ed volleyball teams for over 20 years during high school, college and as an adult.
David started coaching at Westmoreland Elite in 2018, but his coaching career started as part of the inaugural coaching staff with the Pittsburgh Golden Triangles VBC, now Pittsburgh Elite. His coaching career continued over the last 25 years. His experience varied from elementary students in the Catholic diocese of Greensburg, Junior High School program-Latrobe, 2 Club programs, which included several Keystone Regional championships and runner-ups, and at Carnegie Mellon University.
David lives in Latrobe with his wife, Robin, who he met playing volleyball and presently they co-coach. David is employed at Carpenter Technology, Latrobe Operations. In his spare time David enjoys supporting /attending Pittsburgh Sports events and playing golf.
Rachel Amerson – 13 Purple Head Coach

Coach Rachel has been coaching at West E since 2018 and has coached in the 12s, 13s and 14s age groups! She loves to teach the basics and watch all of the players grow into great athletes. Rachel has been around volleyball her entire life because her mother and father played when she was younger. She coached along the side of her mother when she was a child and continued into her adulthood!
Rachel went to Freeport High School and lettered all four years in volleyball and softball. She was a part of the team that went to States her Junior year. She was a starter and captain her senior year when the team won the WPIAL in AA!
She now works as the Office Manager at PreK Counts. Rachel lives in Butler, PA with her husband and 2 children, Jackson & Carmen!
Emily DeMarchi – 12 Purple Head Coach

Coach Emily joined West E in 2021. Emily graduated from Brownsville Area High School in 2011 where she was 4-year letter winner, All Section and All County team member in volleyball. After high school Emily attended Penn State Fayette to major in Business and continue playing volleyball. From 2011-2014 the volleyball team did not drop a conference match and won 4 straight PSUAC championships. While at Penn State Fayette Emily was selected to the First Team All PSUAC for 3 years, PSUAC Setter of the Year, and the PSUAC Player of the Year for 2. Emily was also selected as a USCAA First Team All American, USCAA Academic All American and was named the USCAA Student Athlete of the Year in 2014. Emily still holds the all-time assist record at Penn State Fayette with over 2000 career assists.
Emily began her coaching career while still in high school for her club, Penn Highlands, as a youth league coach in 2011. From 2011-2020 Emily coached a number of age groups for the club while holding other roles such as Youth League Coordinator, Board Member, and in her final two years Club Director. Emily also coached high school from 2015-2021. She first made a return to her alma matter Brownsville before moving to Laurel Highlands and finally Riverview with all teams making the WPIAL playoff appearances and a few as sections champions.
Emily works for BNY and lives in Penn Hills with her husband Dan. She has always had the volleyball bug and loved being in the gym even as a teenager. While she still plays in pickup leagues, Coach Emily loves coaching volleyball as another way to still be around the game and share her knowledge while also learning from the players as well! Her favorite volleyball memory is all of the trips up State College to play in Rec Hall for the championships. Coach Emily’s one piece of advice she would give out to West E players is to stay positive and have fun!
Brett Binduga – 15 Black Head Coach

Coach Brett is an alumni of Penn Trafford where he got his start in volleyball. He went on to play club volleyball at St. Vincent College. Brett started coaching volleyball at Hempfield Area and has coached all different ages through his coaching career at club and other high schools like Geibel Catholic. Brett is currently the Varsity coach at Southmoreland.
Meghan Alexander – 16 Purple Head Coach

Coach Meghan returned to Westmoreland Elite, as a coach, for the 2023–2024 season. She is an alumni of Carlow University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Psychology and is now looking to begin her career in the field while continuing her passion for coaching.
Coach Meghan started all four years on the Carlow University women’s volleyball team. During her collegiate career, she earned numerous honors including being a three-time USCAA All-Academic Team selection, a USCAA First Team All-American, AMCC Third Team All Conference, and a two-year team captain. She also set the program record for career assists, surpassing 1,700.
Before college, Coach Meghan competed for four years at Penn-Trafford High School and played club volleyball for both Keystone Volleyball Club and Westmoreland Elite. She also gained additional coaching experience with East Coast Power Volleyball Club, where she coached for two seasons prior to returning to Westmoreland Elite.
Coach Meghan is committed to developing athletes through strong fundamentals, confidence-building and positive team culture. She strives to create an encouraging environment where athletes feel supported, challenged and motivated to reach their full potential.
Coach Meghan is currently the head coach at Latrobe High School.
Courtni Boswell – 14 Black Head Coach

Coach Courtni has been coaching at Westmoreland Elite since 2022.
While in school, Courtni played volleyball at Penn-Trafford High School as a Setter for 2 years and switched to a Defensive Specialist for 2 years. She helped student coach for Trafford Middle School for 2 years as well. Courtni also played club volleyball for West E for 4 years as a Setter and Defensive specialist.
After she graduated, Courtni went to Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy to specialize in sports massage.
Courtni currently works at her family business and her and her husband have a son, Daniel. She is currently an assistant coach at Latrobe High School.
Paige Feorene – 18 Purple Head Coach

Paige Feorene brings a strong background in both competitive volleyball and leadership to the program. A graduate of Franklin Regional High School, Paige played six years of volleyball as an outside hitter and defensive specialist. She also competed for West E Volleyball Club from 2014 to 2019, where her dedication and performance earned her the opportunity to continue her career at the collegiate level.
Paige went on to play four years as a defensive specialist at Penn State Behrend, where she served as team captain during her senior season. Throughout her collegiate career, she was recognized for both her athletic and academic achievements, earning the AMCC All-Sportsmanship Award and Academic All-AMCC honors all four years. During her time with the Lions, Behrend captured AMCC Championships in 2019 and 2021 and finished as conference runner-up in her senior season.
In 2022, Paige graduated from Penn State Behrend with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. She currently works as a Construction Project Manager with JLL, where she continues to apply the leadership, communication, and teamwork skills that contributed to her success as a student-athlete.
As a coach, Paige is passionate about developing confident, disciplined athletes and fostering a competitive environment where players are encouraged to work hard, support one another, and continually strive for excellence. She believes that every athlete has the potential to achieve great things when they commit to growth, trust the process, and embrace challenges along the way. Her goal is to help players not only elevate their skills on the court but also build the character, resilience, and leadership qualities that will benefit them throughout their lives.
Paige resides in the Penn-Trafford area with her two dogs, Emerson and Saylor.
Rebecca Hess – 17 Black Head Coach

Coach Becca has been coaching at West E since the 2023-2024 season. Rebecca recently graduated from Carlow University, with a degree in Data Analytics, and played as an outside on the women’s volleyball team. In high school, Rebecca lettered all four years for volleyball at Greensburg Central Catholic and two in basketball. She is also a former player for West E from 14s to 18s. In the 2020-2021 season, Coach Rebecca’s West E 17s team qualified and participated in Nationals in Las Vegas!
Within her collegiate career, she was named as a three-time All-American from the USCAA, All-Tournament Team by USCAA, and All-AMCC. She has also been nominated as Player of the Week by the USCAA and AMCC Second Team multiple times throughout her years at Carlow. In High School, she was a three-year WPIAL first team, PVCA All-State player and was selected for all-section team for four years.
Jenna Madigan – 13 Black Head Coach

Coach Jenna is a proud West-E alumni & is excited to return as a coach! She began coaching at West E in 2025. She has been a setter her entire career. She played at Woodland Hills High School, where she lettered all four years. During her first two years of college, she coached at Trinity Christian School as Gene Larson’s assistant. She then transferred to Carlow University & played for their women’s volleyball team for her two remaining years of college. She served as captain her senior year & received multiple awards & honors during her time there- 2020 & 2021 RSC Volleyball Scholar-Athlete Team, 2020 & 2021 USCAA National All-Academic Honors, USCAA Setter of the Week, USCAA Nationals All-Tournament Team, 2021 RSC Volleyball Champions of Character Team & the Dr. Emerson Neil Milligram Exemplary Leadership Award.
After graduating in 2021, she began her role as an assistant coach at Greensburg Central Catholic High School, where she helped the program achieve their 2024 WPIAL & State Championship titles. She served as head coach for the 2025 season.
Jenna is looking forward to sharing her knowledge & passion for volleyball with her team at West E. She is excited to help them grow as both athletes & people.
Jenna is a Client Specialist at Baird Private Wealth Management in Greensburg. She lives in Irwin with her husband, Dillon.
